Happy Birthday USA and Me at Farmers Branch Red White and Blue

I was almost a July 4th Birthday.  My mom tells the story the doctor wanted to go to a 4th of July Party so he induced labor.  I was born thirty minutes before the 4th at 11:30.  But July 3rd is okay with me because now I can celebrate United States birthday for two days.  

Malia Obama is blessed because her birthday is July 4th.  I'm sure the President is proud of his lovely daughter and the fact her birthday is also Independence Day.  

 Farmers Branch Historical Park opens their doors at 6:30 to the public so all can enjoy food, a tour of the interesting  historical homes, concert music of your favorite tunes, and the grand finally fireworks display with patriotic music.

Our family has been going for several years because I get to choose what we do.  It's my birthday.

Groove Night played tunes young and old could enjoy.  It was a community of toe stomping vibrations as we heard Born IN The USA.  
It made me proud to be an American as I saw strong faces dressed in red white and blue.  Families and friends were together to celebrate our Nation's 237th Birthday.  We all felt so blessed to be in a country where we are free and democratic.  As I check the CNN page and see Egypt's turmoil it makes me thankful we can assemble peacefully to celebrate a common cause.  We love our country and want it to remain strong.
The Declaration of Independence was signed in congress July 4, 1776.  The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America says,

When in the course of human evens, it becomes necessary of one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mandkind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

As Independence Day Celebrations occur all over our great nation,
and the colors of firework displays reflect our souls.  Let us pray for our President.  Let us pray for our children.  Let us pray our country can remain free with liberty and justice for all.  Let us pray our children can have the same country we have held dear to our hearts.
